- Free shipping Anywhere in New Zealand. We only post to NZ addresses.
- Usually posted within 2 working days From Auckland, by NZ Post.
- Usually delivered in 2 to 5 working days After we post them.
- Not arrived? If nothing's there 10 working days after we post, tell us and we'll reprint them.
- Not happy with how they came out? Tell us within 30 days of receiving them and we'll reprint them free.
- Changed your mind? Tell us before we print and we'll refund you in full.
Shipping
We print and cut every pack ourselves in Auckland, and usually post your labels within 2 working days of your order. We'll email you when they're on their way.
They go by NZ Post as an untracked letter, and NZ Post usually delivers in 2 to 5 working days. Shipping is free, and we only post to New Zealand addresses. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.
Your confirmation email shows the address we'll post to. If it's wrong, email us straight away, before we post.
If your labels haven't arrived
If nothing has arrived 10 working days after we post, email us with your order number and we'll reprint your labels and post them again, free.
Love them, or we'll reprint them
If you're not happy with how your labels have come out, tell us within 30 days of receiving them and we'll reprint them for free. If a reprint can't fix the problem, we'll refund you.
The promise is for how your labels have come out, like the print or the cut. It doesn't cover a change of mind once they're printed.

Changed your mind?
- Before we print: email us and we'll refund you in full. We usually post within 2 working days, so write as soon as you can.
- After we print: the labels have your child's name on them, so they can't be sold to anyone else. So we can't refund a change of mind. If something's not right with them, our reprint promise still applies.
Faulty labels
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your labels are faulty, we must put it right: we can repair or replace them, or refund you. If the fault is serious, you choose a refund or a replacement, or keep them and get money back for the drop in value.
Our reprint promise is extra, and these rights don't end after 30 days. Our terms of sale have more.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, and can take 5 to 10 working days to show on your statement.
